Solts PKR Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Platform Rules

1 Introduction

Welcome to solts pkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legally binding agreement between you, the player, and solts pkr ("we", "us", "the platform") with respect to your use of all services available at soltspkr.bet. This includes all gaming products, sports betting markets, bonus programmes, payment services and any other feature accessible through a registered solts pkr account.

Solts pkr is an online gaming and sports betting platform designed specifically for players in Pakistan. All transactions on solts pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All payment processing is handled through Pakistani payment infrastructure including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and solts pkr.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on solts pkr. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different contact details — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances within them.

During registration on solts pkr you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and a valid email address. You are responsible for ensuring this information remains current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

3.1 Account Security

Your solts pkr account login credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must not share them with any other person. Solts pkr will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately at support@soltspkr.bet.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Solts pkr may require account verification at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification documents may include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a recent utility bill or bank statement and proof of payment method ownership. Documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits and Payments

Solts pkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500
• Maximum deposit: Subject to your chosen payment method's own limits and any limits set on your solts pkr account
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited instantly in most cases. IBFT deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed.

Solts pkr does not charge platform fees on deposits. Any transaction fees levied by your payment provider are outside of solts pkr's control and responsibility. In practice, standard Easypaisa and JazzCash peer transfers carry no additional fee in most cases.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Solts pkr offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your account automatically in most cases. Where a promo code is required, it must be entered at the point of deposit — retroactive application is not possible.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount that must be staked before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Only bets placed after a bonus has been credited count toward wagering. Bets placed before the bonus was applied do not count.
• Solts pkr reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: matched betting across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed specifically to satisfy requirements with minimal variance, or use of prohibited strategies.
• Players may only claim each promotion once unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on solts pkr are subject to these general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules may supplement these general rules for particular events or bet types.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until solts pkr's system has returned a confirmed bet ID to the player. Bets pending confirmation — displayed in a "pending" status — are not yet accepted. Solts pkr reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to exploit a pricing error.

7.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that an odds price is published in error on solts pkr — for example, a grossly incorrect decimal due to a data feed issue — solts pkr reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and to return stakes. This applies even after the bet has been initially confirmed. Players will be notified via account message in the event of a void due to pricing error.

7.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

• If a sports event is abandoned before its official completion point, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
• If an event is postponed and takes place within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, bets will stand. Beyond 24 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For esports events, if a match is abandoned due to a technical failure on the esports operator's side, solts pkr follows the official tournament organiser's result ruling.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Solts pkr applies maximum single-transaction payout caps which vary by sport and market type. These limits are published in the relevant betting section. Placing multiple bets to circumvent payout limits is not permitted.

9 Responsible Gaming

Solts pkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gaming can become problematic. The following tools are available to all solts pkr account holders at any time through the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert that notifies you when you have been playing continuously for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account for a defined period — from 24 hours to indefinite. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for its stated duration.
• Reality check: A periodic on-screen notification displaying your net gaming activity for the current session.

Players who are experiencing gambling-related harm are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek support. Further information is available on the Responsible Gaming page. Solts pkr will not attempt to reverse a self-exclusion request or contact a self-excluded player with promotional material.

10 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on solts pkr and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register an account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other non-human method to interact with solts pkr's platform or markets.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities to generate winnings that would not be obtainable under normal conditions.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any strategy specifically designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, particularly in connection with bonus funds.
• Using the solts pkr platform in connection with money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information, submitting fraudulent verification documents or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the solts pkr platform through a VPN or proxy specifically to circumvent account restrictions or geographic rules.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

Solts pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where the platform reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where there is evidence of fraudulent or criminal activity or where suspension is required for regulatory compliance reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email and the account balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, balances associated with the breach may be forfeited.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may close their solts pkr account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at support@soltspkr.bet. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via your last withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts closed voluntarily do not forfeit legitimately earned winnings.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If you dispute a decision made by solts pkr — including a bet settlement result, a bonus adjustment or an account restriction — you should first contact support with full details of your dispute. Solts pkr will acknowledge your dispute and aim to provide a full response within five business days.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the solts pkr platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, written content, software and data structures — is the intellectual property of solts pkr or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from any solts pkr content without prior written permission.

The solts pkr name and brand identity may not be used in any external communications, social media profiles, websites or marketing materials without explicit written authorisation from solts pkr.

13 Limitation of Liability

Solts pkr provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors or temporary unavailability due to maintenance or factors outside our control.

Solts pkr is not liable for:

• Any loss of anticipated winnings from bets that were not successfully placed due to a technical failure beyond our control.
• Losses arising from a player's own internet or device failure during a gaming session.
• Decisions made by a player based on information provided on the platform, including live cricket scores, esports data or match statistics, which are provided for informational purposes and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.

Where solts pkr is found to be liable for a specific loss, our liability is limited to the amount of the player's deposit that directly gave rise to the loss. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

14 Privacy and Data

Solts pkr collects and processes personal data in connection with operating your account and providing platform services. The types of data collected, how it is used, how it is protected and your rights in relation to your data are described in full in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on solts pkr, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your data as described within it. You may withdraw consent or request account deletion by contacting support@soltspkr.bet, subject to any regulatory retention obligations that require us to keep certain records.

15 Changes to These Terms

Solts pkr may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, changes in applicable regulations or for any other reason that we deem necessary. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email and by an in-platform notification at the time of their next login.

Continued use of the solts pkr platform after notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
